What to include in your inquiry
- Purpose
- What it's for: a looks model, functional testing, a trade show, test sales or production shipments.
- Size
- Roughly how big. If you have the object or a reference, put a ruler in the photo.
- Quantity and timing
- About how many, and when you need them.
- Material and quality
- Any required material, color, finish or tolerance.
- Files
- STL, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS or OBJ. No 3D file? A sketch or photos work too.

Confidentiality, quality and response time
- Confidentiality
- We can sign an NDA before we look at your files. Confidential projects are handled by a dedicated person and shipped under a code name.
- Quality
- ISO 9001 quality management system. Parts that don't meet spec are remade, guaranteed.
- Response
- Inquiries get a first reply within 6 working hours (Taiwan time, GMT+8).
- Formal quote
- The 6-hour reply is a first response: we confirm what you need and ask for anything missing. The formal quote comes separately, based on your files, quantity and material.
- Personal data
- Information in your inquiry is used only to reply and follow up with you. It is not given to third parties.

- Can I ask for a quote without a 3D file?
- Yes. A sketch, photos or the physical object are all fine to start. If you photograph an object, put a ruler next to it so we can judge the size.
- What information should I send with a quote request?
- What it's for, rough size, quantity and timing, material and quality requirements, and STL, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS or OBJ files. Leave out anything you don't have yet.
- Can we sign an NDA first?
